Home-made Protein bar recipe
200gr uncooked oatmeal (quick oats)
170gr peanut butter
125gr coconut milk
80gr dried berries
3 scoops Biowhey Berries Protein
Directions
1) Start with coconut milk.
2) Add 3 scoops Biowhey Berries Protein and blend.
3) Mix in peanut butter and stir for 1 minute.
4) Add raw oatmeal with dried berries and mix all ingredients together until well-mixed.
5) Flatten the dish in a an 8×8 pan with parchment or wax paper and smash down and spread until it fills the bottom of the pan.
6) Keep in the fridge for at least 5 hours and then cut into bars.
This recipe makes 10 bars.
Each bar is 65gr with 15gr of Protein!!
